Change-of-mind returns and disclosed cosmetic marks are final sale. For a functional fault, contact us within 7 calendar days of pickup or delivery. Once confirmed, we offer a suitable replacement, or a refund for the returned item if no suitable replacement is available. Cosmetic condition varies by unit. Pickup is by confirmed appointment only — contact us to confirm availability and schedule your appointment before visiting. Paid scheduled local delivery is available. Standard delivery is to the door only; stairs, inside placement, additional labour, moving assistance, or other service beyond door delivery costs extra. No free shipping.

Pickup is by appointment only from Mississauga after order confirmation. Paid GTA delivery may be available depending on item size, delivery location, and scheduling availability. Standard delivery is to-the-door only. Extra services are not included and must be requested, confirmed, and paid for before delivery.
Extra services may be available for an additional charge and must be arranged before delivery. These may include:
• Inside delivery
• Taking the appliance to a basement
• Taking the appliance upstairs
• Removing an existing appliance
• Moving or repositioning an appliance
• Extra helper/person required for heavy items
• Removing appliance doors for tight spaces
• Any delivery requiring extra time, labour, stairs, narrow access, or special handling
These services are not included in standard delivery. Please contact Value Hunt before ordering if you need any of these services. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
We want you to take home an item that works.
Report a functional problem within 7 calendar days of pickup or delivery, even if we tested the item beforehand. We will help check the issue and arrange a return if a functional fault is confirmed.
Replacement first, refund if needed: we will offer a suitable replacement. If none is available, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item.
Final sale: change-of-mind purchases and cosmetic marks disclosed before purchase are excluded. This does not remove your functional-fault protection.
A 1-year warranty, where included in the product listing, remains separate from this initial return window.
