How It Works

Request first. Pay after we confirm your unit.

1. Choose what interests you

Browse appliances, furniture & home finds, robot vacuums or electronics & more. If an item has Add to cart, select your option to place an unpaid request. For availability or sourcing items, use Check on WhatsApp or Ask by email. Images identify the model; we confirm your exact unit, condition and included parts separately.

2. Place an unpaid request

For pickup requests, select Pay at Pickup at checkout. For delivery, use our delivery quote form first; it carries over the items in your cart. No payment is taken with either request. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request, not stock or a reservation. For an availability enquiry, tell us the item or model you want and whether you prefer pickup or delivery; we reply with the next step before requesting payment.

3. We check stock and condition

We confirm availability, inspect the unit and share its condition and final price before requesting payment. Our target is an update within 4 operating hours. Requests received after hours are reviewed the next business day. If inspection takes longer, we will update you.

4. Confirm pickup or delivery

Pickup is by confirmed appointment only in Mississauga and Brampton. We’ll confirm the pickup location, exact address and time for your order based on the item and your area. Please wait for our confirmation before visiting. Paid GTA delivery is available by arrangement. Standard delivery is to the door; stairs, inside placement and extra labour cost more and must be agreed in advance.
