Are you open for walk-in shopping?

No. Value Hunt is not a walk-in retail store. Our inventory is held in storage. You must contact us before visiting. Do not arrive without a confirmed appointment.


How does pickup work?

To arrange pickup:

  1. Contact us to confirm the item you want is available.
  2. Schedule a pickup time slot with us.
  3. Receive pickup location and instructions after your appointment is confirmed.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. All pickups are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.


How do I confirm product availability?

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email before purchasing or visiting. Inventory changes frequently and availability must be confirmed before your visit.


Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Scheduled paid delivery is available in Mississauga and the GTA. Contact us to confirm delivery availability, get a quote, and schedule a time.


Is delivery free?

No. We do not offer free delivery or free shipping. Delivery fees vary based on your location and the size of the item.


Do you offer shipping?

No. We do not offer shipping. Appliances are available for local pickup (by appointment) or scheduled paid delivery in Mississauga and the GTA only.


Are appliances new or used?

Our inventory includes a mix of conditions: new, open-box, overstock, scratch-and-dent, and clearance units. Each product listing describes the condition of that specific unit. Review our Appliance Condition Guide for details on each condition grade.


What does open-box mean?

Open-box means the appliance has been opened but is unused or minimally used. It may have been a display unit, a customer return, or removed from packaging for inspection. Cosmetic condition is generally excellent. Original packaging may not be included.


What does scratch-and-dent mean?

Scratch-and-dent appliances have visible cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, scuffs, or dents from handling or transit. The appliance is fully functional. Cosmetic condition varies by unit — review product photos carefully before purchasing.


What happens if an item does not work?

All items are sold as-is. Replacement may be offered within 7 days if the item does not work, subject to availability and inspection. Contact us immediately if you experience a functional issue after pickup or delivery.


Can I return an item because of cosmetic dents or scratches?

No. Cosmetic condition is disclosed in each product listing and varies by unit. We encourage you to review all product photos and ask questions before purchasing. Cosmetic imperfections are not grounds for return or replacement.
