We do not operate as a walk-in store. Our inventory is held in storage. You must contact us before visiting.

To arrange pickup:

  1. Contact us to confirm the item is available
  2. Schedule a pickup time slot with us
  3. Wait for pickup location and instructions — provided after confirmation

Do not arrive without a confirmed appointment.

General Pickup Availability

Appointments are required — these hours indicate general availability only.

  • Tuesday – Friday: 11 AM – 7 PM
  • Saturday – Sunday: 12 PM – 7 PM
  • Monday: Closed

Delivery

Scheduled paid delivery is available in Mississauga and GTA.

  • Delivery fees vary based on location and item size
  • Contact us to confirm delivery availability, get a quote, and schedule a time
  • We do not offer free delivery or free shipping

Condition & Sold As-Is Policy

All items are sold as-is. Cosmetic condition varies by unit. We encourage you to ask questions and review product photos before purchasing.

Replacement may be offered within 7 days if the item does not work, subject to availability and inspection.
