If extended in-house testing is requested before pickup or delivery, the exchange period is reduced to 3 days. Small appliances qualify for 3-day exchange if functionally defective. For delivery orders, Value Hunt may provide real photos of the exact unit before dispatch. Customer approval confirms acceptance of cosmetic condition. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
