Standard delivery is to-the-door only. Extra services are not included and must be requested, confirmed, and paid for before delivery.

Report a functional problem within 7 calendar days of pickup or delivery, even if we tested the item beforehand. We will help check the issue and arrange a return if a functional fault is confirmed.
Replacement first, refund if needed: we will offer a suitable replacement. If none is available, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item.
Final sale: change-of-mind purchases and cosmetic marks disclosed before purchase are excluded. This does not remove your functional-fault protection.
