Pickup is by appointment only from Mississauga after order confirmation. Paid GTA delivery may be available depending on item size, delivery location, and scheduling availability. Standard delivery is to-the-door only. Extra services are not included and must be requested, confirmed, and paid for before delivery. Extra services may be available for an additional charge and must be arranged before delivery. These may include: • Inside delivery • Taking the appliance to a basement • Taking the appliance upstairs • Removing an existing appliance • Moving or repositioning an appliance • Extra helper/person required for heavy items • Removing appliance doors for tight spaces • Any delivery requiring extra time, labour, stairs, narrow access, or special handling These services are not included in standard delivery. All sales are final. Limited exchange protection applies to functional defects only. Cosmetic imperfections are not considered functional defects and do not qualify for refund, return, or exchange. Appliances may qualify for a 7-day exchange if functionally defective (e.g. fridge not cooling, washer not spinning, microwave not heating). If extended in-house testing is requested before pickup or delivery, the exchange period is reduced to 3 days. Small appliances qualify for 3-day exchange if functionally defective. For pickup orders, customers should inspect and approve the item before completing pickup. Once accepted, cosmetic condition is considered approved. For delivery orders, Value Hunt may provide real photos of the exact unit before dispatch. Customer approval confirms acceptance of cosmetic condition. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for confirming item dimensions fit their space before purchase. Value Hunt does not guarantee manufacturer warranty.
